Three good reasons:

Unique design

Designed, developed and manufactured to be a one of one item.

Finish

The painting is customizable: streaked effect, peel effect, glossy or matt.

Made in Italy

Materials produced and processed in Italy, thanks to a consolidated supply chain.

The processes

How a table is made.

The design phase is the moment in which the product takes shape, thanks to the use of sophisticated three-dimensional programs.
The sketch, that is the outline (as on a sheet of paper), allows you to draw the different parts.
Next, the parts take shape to be assembled graphically in the assembly function.
The elements are ideally coupled to ensure that no problems arise during the actual assembly process.

Sheet metal reverse engineering involves analyzing an existing component to reproduce or improve its design. The process involves visually inspecting the part, identifying the material and its properties, and taking accurate measurements. The collected data is then used to create CAD models, which can be further optimized for manufacturing.

It includes the nesting phase, laser cutting, preparation of the sheets or metal profiles and verification of tolerances. After that, the individual parts are assembled by our specialized craftsman.

The assembly of a welded table takes place through the following phases:

Part Placement : The legs and table top are positioned according to the technical drawing, using a template and supports to ensure correct alignment.

Spot welding : Metal parts are fixed with temporary welding points to keep the structure stable during processing.

Final Welding : The joints are completely welded, ensuring uniform penetration and adequate resistance.

Finishing : Welds are smoothed and any burrs removed for a clean appearance and uniform surface.

Inspection : The table is checked for stability, alignment and weld quality, ensuring that the final product meets the required standards.

We are dedicated to the restoration of wooden tops.

For example, this workbench belonged to a carpenter. We dedicated ourselves to restoring it, purposely preserving its defects to remember its origin and the passion for his work.

Restoration: a century of workmanship

Thanks to the precision of laser cutting and the manual skills of our craftsmen, we can create unique steel products.

Fan

A clear example where the design phase takes more time than the assembly. The 8 blades fit together without difficulty. The central jigs give stability to the assembly.

Imballaggio
