Where is my order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept PayPal.

All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology and we do not store any of your payment information.
Can I pay in installments?
We offer an interest-free installment payment option through our partner Affirm.

Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Items must be new and unused. Some items, such as sale or personalized items, are not eligible for return.
Dimensions, color and weight of the items are to be considered indicative. The images may be altered due to multiple factors, such as settings and screen resolution, angle, ambient light, etc. In the event of such discrepancies, returns are not accepted.

How long does it take to process a return?

You can only cancel an order if it has not been processed.
Please note that all orders, once processed, go into production, therefore it will not be possible to proceed with cancellation.
I mistakenly returned a product that does not belong to CFT. What happens?
CFTdesign assumes no responsibility for items that do not belong to the brand and have been returned in error.

Yes, gift cards are treated as a form of payment, so they can be used in conjunction with any active discount codes.
What happens if I lose my gift card?
Treat your gift card like cash; if lost, it is not replaceable.§

Can I refund or exchange a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Be sure to review our gift card terms and conditions at the time of purchase.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
The warranty for manufacturing defects of our products is 2 years and the date starts from the delivery of the same.
For the warranty to be valid, it is necessary and indispensable to have the data provided during the purchase phase, the product code, specific and precise information regarding the defect and the affected part (photo, video, accurate description of the problem, etc.).
In case the information is not available or complete, we reserve the right not to apply the guarantee.
The following are excluded from the warranty:
- damage caused by contact and/or use of unsuitable and non-recommended cleaning products, such as for example : chemical solvents, paints, bleach, ammonia, acid compounds, and all products not suitable for cleaning the surface to be treated;
- damage caused by improper and/or non-recommended and/or non-compliant maintenance with the instructions provided;
- wear and tear of the product due to normal use of the same;
- products that show burns, scratches, marks, cuts and any other damage caused by improper and/or incorrect use of the product and/or caused by animals;
- products transported without the original packaging as supplied at the time of purchase and delivery;
- products that show any damage caused by incorrect and/or improper assembly and/or assembly that does not comply with the instructions provided;
- products with variations in color and/or texture caused by improper/non-compliant use and/or normal use;
- damages of any nature not attributable to manufacturing defects.
In the event that the damage is found to fall within the reasons listed above, we reserve the right to charge the customer for transport and repair costs of the product.
Can I order a product that is currently out of stock?
For out of stock products we offer the option " Email me when back in stock ". You will be notified by email as soon as the item is back in stock.
