Can I change the contents of my order?
Changes are possible within 24 hours from the moment the order is placed. It is necessary to contact customer service promptly by sending an email to info@cftdesign.com.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Items must be new and unused. Some items, such as sale or personalized items, are not eligible for return.
Dimensions, color and weight of the items are to be considered indicative. The images may be altered due to multiple factors, such as settings and screen resolution, angle, ambient light, etc. In the event of such discrepancies, returns are not accepted.
